InBox safety starts with checking who can connect with you online! With Neterinary® mail, in-bound email is restricted to recognised veterinary organisations. We have a curated list of domains maintained by veterinary organisations, even universities and colleges with veterinary faculties.

Peer Networks

Email peer-to-peer means when you see a message from a @neterinary email address you can be sure the sender is a fellow veterinary professional. Spam, Phishing and other hackery is dramatically reduced. There are other benefits too, calendar, notes and document sharing for better team interaction.

Who can use a Neterinarian.com email address?
All account holders are checked and verified as veterinary professionals before their email account and address is assigned. Practice administrators and indeed, nurses can be added providing they have a veterinarian 'proposer'. This must be purchased on their behalf by the veterinarian who retains rights and responsibility of its maintenance. Staff use Neterinarian email accounts on behalf of their proposer.
Does it have Spam checking?
Yes, you can also add messages to the spam filters if you wish.
Can I have a GoToVets.com email address?

Yes a GoToVets.com email address can be added to your account and used as an alias for your Neterinarian email address. For example, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. can choose an optional add-in alias This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or if 'Bruce' joined as part of a specialist college he could choose This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Likewise, his resident could use This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Who is on the list of allowed senders?

The listing is of domains rather than individual email addresses. For security reasons this is strictly confidential. However all account holders can request a domain be considered for inclusion. The listing is frequently updated for your convenience.

Within the email application each person can add blocks and filters as they see fit, these effect their own inbox.

How much disc space will I have?

A generous 5gb plus, there are a number of upgrades you can purchase including an increase to the default disc quota.

Do I have to use webmail?

No, we recommend it though because you can take advantage of other benefits like the shared calendar. Users can connect to their account with POP3 or IMAP applications. In short, if you use Outlook or MacMail, you can collect and send emails.

Is there an app for mobiles?

Yes, account holders can download and connect to their mail account with approved Android and Apple phone apps.

Does the Calendar have scheduling?

Yes account holders can use the scheduling feature of the calendar.

Can I only write to other vets?

You can write to ANY email address. However if a company or organisation are not on our recognised allowed senders listing, they will receive a 'bounced mail' message from our firewall. They can still write to you at your Neterinarian address using our external service form. All they need is your neterinarian email and they can use that form to mail via our in-bound mail screen.
